Letter from the Headmaster

Dear families,
"We often ask ourselves what kind of education truly prepares our students to become citizens of the world. On this journey, we understand that educating means far more than imparting knowledge: it means nurturing empathy, respect, intercultural awareness and, above all, safeguarding the emotional wellbeing of those who learn, teach and live together every day in our educational community.
At Agora Lledó International School, we firmly believe that caring for the emotional wellbeing of our students and our entire team is essential for deep, meaningful and lasting learning to flourish. We create safe and stimulating environments, encourage active listening, and support each student in their personal and academic development, always seeking to bring out the very best in them.
As an IB Continuum School, we offer a comprehensive and coherent education through all three International Baccalaureate programmes: the PYP, the MYP and the Diploma Programme. This approach allows us to consolidate a pedagogy based on inquiry, action and reflection, which fosters critical thinking, open-mindedness and global engagement.
Our commitment to academic excellence is also unquestionable. This is demonstrated by the outstanding results achieved by our students in the 2025 university entrance exams (PAU), which place us as the best school in the Valencian Community, as well as the excellent results in the International Baccalaureate Diploma examinations the result of constant effort, motivation, personalised support and the high standards we set. These achievements reflect not only our students’ capabilities, but also the holistic preparation they receive in every dimension: linguistic, humanistic, scientific, artistic, sporting and emotional.
Educating in the 21st century means embracing the challenge of shaping global citizens who are able to think, dialogue and transform. At Agora Lledó, we take on this responsibility with dedication and enthusiasm. We are fully aware that the world is changing rapidly, and that is why we work every day to stay ahead, to innovate, and to accompany our students on their journey towards a future full of possibilities."
Your sincerily,
Luis Madrid
Headmaster of Agora Lledó International School
