Agora Lledó International School continues to hold a prominent position among the best international schools globally, consistently climbing the ranks nationally.
Second-best school in Spain for IB results and top 100 worldwide
In the prestigious IB-Schools ranking, measuring academic success based on the average points of the IB Diploma Program, Agora Lledó International School in Castellón has risen to become the second-best international school in Spain, 19th in Europe, and among the top 100 globally, specifically securing the 91st position.
The list of the best international IB-Schools includes over 200 schools in Spain, more than 2000 in Europe, and close to 6500 worldwide. In the 2023 IB exams, the first following the heightened evaluative standards in the post-pandemic years, Lledó achieved a 100% pass rate in the International Baccalaureate exams and obtained an impressive average of 35.1 points.
Continuous Excellence and Educational Leadership
Agora Lledó International School maintains its prominent position with an average score of 35.1 out of 45, equivalent to 8.5 out of 10 in the EvAU exams (formerly known as the selectivo). This result significantly surpasses the global average of 30.24 points and places the school among the few that have achieved over 35 points on average, solidifying its status as an educational benchmark nationally and in Europe.
At Agora Lledó International School, the curriculum spans all stages of the educational journey in the International Baccalaureate, from Primary and Secondary to the Diploma Program. The academic model of Agora Lledó International School has been aligned with the International Baccalaureate curriculum since the 2011-2012 academic year. The school was a pioneer in Castellón in implementing this innovative academic system, incorporating the IB Diploma Program, and becoming the first school in the province to implement the Primary Years Programme (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate in 2019.
