Excellence and Commitment in IB Results

At Agora Lledó, we are delighted to share that our students have achieved an average score of 34.875 points in the International Baccalaureate Diploma examinations (out of a maximum of 45), well above the global average of 30.6. Furthermore, our student Zander Pennington achieved the highest score, obtaining 43 points. These results reinforce our longstanding track record of remaining at the forefront of academic excellence.

Historically, we have consistently achieved exceptionally high averages:

  • In 2023, we achieved an average of 35.1 points, placing us among the top three schools in Spain and 19th in Europe.
  • In 2024, our average was 33.32 points, three points above the global average, once again securing our place among the top schools nationally and across Europe.
  • In the previous year, an average of 33.5 points kept us among the top ten schools in Spain and within the top eighty in Europe.
  • Additionally, ISA has recognised us as the leading IB school in Spain over the last five years and among the top five in Europe.
  • In the current academic year: 18.75% of our students scored over 40 points, and 31.25% achieved more than 38 points — figures that reflect a sustained level of outstanding achievement.

Behind These Results: Dedication and Passion for Teaching

Each point earned is the result of:

  • The constant effort of our students: lessons, coursework, extensive essays, and both internal and external assessments.
  • Committed teachers, who provide personalised support, individual follow-up and daily motivation.
  • The unconditional support of families, who accompany their sons and daughters throughout this demanding academic journey.
  • This shared commitment is why we continue to surpass ourselves year after year, making the IB a truly transformative experience in which every student develops critical thinking, a global mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Looking to the Future

We are proud to see our IB cohort achieving such remarkable results. But beyond the grades, we know that what truly matters is the preparation for future challenges — at university, in their careers and in their personal lives.

At Agora Lledó, we remain firmly committed to an education that inspires, nurtures talent and allows each student to shine in their own unique way. True excellence is not measured solely in points, but in the ability to always go one step further.

Congratulations to all our students, families and teachers on this outstanding achievement!
